Based in Florida, Wendy has worked in the investment real estate industry for the past 10 years, assisting clients from America, Canada, UK, Scandinavia and mainland Europe. She has helped thousands of clients buy or sell their homes and is a true expert in her field.

Sales and Marketing have always been the focus of Wendy’s career. She studied marketing and graduated from Bournemouth University in the UK. Since then she has worked for leading advertising agencies as well as several large financial service companies where she focused on marketing services and product development.
She admits that she has found her true vocation in Florida – selling and marketing houses to people she enjoys spending time with and having the satisfaction of truly helping clients though the house purchase process.
Born and raised in New York City, Stacey Ellison comes from a diverse background. After years working in law enforcement, Stacey decided to take her public service to the next level through building strong communities through real estate. Stacey joined our company as a long term property manager, handling leasing and serving our long term property owners. Stacey loves Real Estate and has often described her career not as work but as “Living her dream”
Born and raised in Florida, Marie has worked in the Real Estate industry for the past 15 years, helping Central Florida clients to achieve their dream homes.
Marie joined our company with a strong land sales background and a unique perspective on the Real Estate industry. Marie grew up with a father who was a general contractor and a mother who worked at Walt Disney World for 30 years. Marie can provide the knowledge of the potential of an investment in this area and share the love of the “magic” that this community provides.

Lawrence is a veteran hotelier with over 25 years of experience in Hospitality Management, land development and golf course management. Lawrence is the recipient of the coveted hotelier of the year award in Grenada in 1996 and in St. Lucia, in 1999. Having worked most of his life in the Caribbean, Lawrence has now found home in central Florida, where he is now established as a Property Manager and a Licensed Realtor. Lawrence has been very successful in matching his customers with the right choice of home. He is a consummate host and is committed to raising the bar in the provision of high quality service to his valued clients.

Since arriving in Florida in 2013, Sue has achieved her Real Estate License and has become very familiar with the areas around US 27 in Davenport and Clermont. She is always keeping up to date on the current market conditions as well as the new construction within the area. While managing a property management business along with her husband, Sue enjoys meeting and working with new people as well as flipping homes and giving people sound advice on all things Real Estate.

Developing strategic partnerships with developers in a number of countries, Geoff has been responsible for the marketing and sales of over 3,000 units in many different countries including Spain and Florida.

Chris North founded his first property development business in 1981. With a passion for architecture and design Chris began the overseas property business in Salobrena, Granada, Spain. The business successfully built and sold their first town house development of six units and progressed to developing over one hundred custom villas in the eighties and early nineties.
Expanding into the US, Chris developed the concept of the award-winning Resort, Regal Palms at Highlands Reserve which features 620 townhomes, 400 detached villas and a multi-million dollar clubhouse.
Currently Chris is project managing the Orchid Gardens Development in Orlando. This is an exclusive project being developed by the International Property Group consisting of 435 detached villas in a gated community with multi million dollar clubhouse and facilities.
